SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
We generally only use the U.S.Postal Service (USPS) for domestic sipping. We may use United Parcel Services (UPS) for larger packages. We charge $7.95 flat rate by using Domestic Priority that takes 5 to 7 business days. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after checkout. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. Be sure to use a correct address. You will be charged for original shipping and return costs if package is returned undeliverable. Delivery times go into effect one business day after you place your order. We are not responsible for any packages delivered by USPS or UPS that are lost/ stolen/ damaged or potential delays.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase you can return your item for your credit to your chantellonmelrose.com account, which can be used for purchase on our website only. Shipping fees are not refundable. Returns made within 14 days of your purchase date will be acceptable under the following conditions only: Items must be in original condition with original tags attached in order to receive credit. Items that are not eligible for a return are:
1 items received after 14 days of the original purchase date;
2 worn, washed, damaged or altered items;
3 items that has stains/odors of deodorant, cosmetic, makeup or perfume;
4 accessories, jewelry or purses; or
5 any discounted items or all items on our sale page.
